(1). Excellent stability. The product does not contain reactive double bonds, nor saponifiable ester bonds, and the chlorine atom in the molecular chain is very stable. The above characteristics make the ink layer have good heat resistance, light resistance, aging resistance, yellowing resistance and chalking resistance properties.
(2). Excellent blendability. Easily blended with other ink binders to improve the overall performance of the ink, such as CPP, EVA, CEVA resin, etc. (3). Excellent dispersion. It has strong dispersibility and wettability for ink pigments, so that the pigment can fully demonstrate its primary color and transferability.
(4). Excellent adhesion. Because the product molecular chain contains a large number of ether bonds, it has strong adhesion on plastic films such as BOPP, OPP, PET, etc.
(5). Excellent solubility. Can be dissolved in many solvents, including benzene, ketones, esters and other solvents commonly used in ink production. The solution has high transparency after dissolution.

2.Used as light metal primer and top coat.

4. As a linking agent for printing inks.
Production Process:
This technology adopts the emulsion polymerization method with the water phase as the continuous phase, which is a copolymerization product of 75% vinyl chloride and 25% isobutyl vinyl ether. The main composition of the polymerization system is vinyl chloride, vinyl isobutyl ether, water, water-soluble initiator, emulsifier, etc. The technological process includes pre-emulsification, polymerization, de-etherification, demulsification, complexation, maturation, dehydration and drying.
