Product Description
PVC pipe (divided into PVC-U pipe, PVC-UH pipe and PVC-O pipe) is made of PVC resin, stabilizer and lubricant, and then extruded by hot pressing. It is the first plastic pipe to be developed and applied.
PVC-U pipe has strong corrosion resistance, easy adhesion, low price and hard texture. However, due to the seepage of PVC-U monomer and additives, it is only suitable for water supply system with conveying temperature less than 45 ºC. Plastic pipes are used for drainage, wastewater, chemicals, heating and cooling fluids, food, ultra pure liquids, slurries, gases, compressed air and vacuum systems.
PVC-O pipe, is the latest evolution form of PVC pipe. The pipe made by special orientation processing technology will be extruded to produce PVC-U pipe by axial and radial stretching, so that the long chain molecules of PVC in the pipe will be arranged in biaxial direction, and a new type of PVC pipe with high strength, high toughness, high impact resistance and fatigue resistance will be obtained.

4,High detection standard The hydrostatic test of pvc-uh pipe is carried out according to the ring stress of 42 MPa, which is higher than that of PVC-U pipe of 38 MPa. Each pipe leaving the factory is completed online 2 times the nominal pressure of the hydraulic test, higher than the domestic non-metallic pipe 1.5 times the nominal pressure of the hydraulic test requirements.
